The service

SunFlow CRM is a cloud application for managing solar leads, proposals, surveys, projects, payments and service. Features depend on the plan you subscribe to.

We may improve or change features over time. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you pay for.

Your account

You are responsible for the accounts you create for your team, for keeping passwords private, and for everything done through your workspace.

You must have the right to upload the customer information you store, and you must collect your customers' consent before sending them WhatsApp messages.

Fees and billing

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our pricing page plus applicable GST.

If a payment is overdue we may limit or pause access after notice. Your data is kept and access is restored once the account is paid.

Acceptable use

You will not use the service for spam, unlawful messaging, or to store data you have no right to process. WhatsApp messages are sent only through the official WhatsApp Business API and must follow Meta's policies.

You will not attempt to access other customers' data, probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission, or overload it.

Your data

You own the data you put into SunFlow CRM. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Protection notice.

You can export your data while subscribed, and request deletion when you leave.

Proposals and subsidy figures

Savings, generation and subsidy figures are estimates based on the rules and inputs configured at the time. Final subsidy depends on the government scheme and DISCOM decisions. You are responsible for the proposals you send to your customers.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered office have jurisdiction.
