How to ask us to delete personal data.
Your team account
The company owner can remove team members from Team settings. To delete your own account or your whole company workspace, write to hello@wevantainfotech.com from the account owner's email address.
Field app users
Employees who use the SunFlow CRM Field app can ask their company owner to remove their account, or write to hello@wevantainfotech.com with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 48 hours and delete the account within 30 days. Visit records and photos you created belong to your employer's workspace and stay with it unless the company asks us to delete them.
Your company's data
When a company closes its account, we delete its workspace data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example invoices).
Customers of our users
If you are a customer of a solar company that uses SunFlow CRM, contact that company first — they control your data. If you cannot reach them, write to hello@wevantainfotech.com and we will forward your request.
